Talk to Torki
Voice Companions let you have real-time spoken conversations with Torki using natural language. Click the microphone button in the chat input bar to start. The first time you use it, a brief onboarding flow will help you get set up.
7 Unique Voices
Each voice companion has its own personality and speaking style:
- Torki — The original assistant. Helpful, clear, and versatile.
- Elli — The Creative Writer. Warm and friendly, specializing in writing and content creation.
- Poppy — The Business Buddy. Energetic and professional, focused on strategy and productivity.
- Eywa — The Code Companion. Technical and precise, an expert developer.
- Kalli — The Social Guru. Upbeat and savvy, specializing in social media and marketing.
- Pooline — The Research Pro. Analytical and thorough, focused on data and research.
- 61 — Cool, concise, and to the point.
How Voice Works
Voice conversations use WebSocket connections for real-time communication. When you speak, your audio is processed and Torki responds with both text and synthesized speech. The experience is designed to feel like a natural conversation, not a command-and-response interface.
Push-to-Talk
You can use push-to-talk mode if you prefer to control when Torki is listening. Hold the button while speaking and release it when you are done. This prevents background noise from being picked up.
Voice works on both desktop and mobile. Choose your preferred companion based on the type of help you need.
