Accessing Settings
Click the Settings option in the sidebar menu, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + S to go directly to your account settings page.
Profile Photo
Upload a profile photo by clicking the avatar area in Settings. You can upload an image from your device. To remove your photo, click the remove option and your display will revert to showing your initials.
Display Name
Your display name appears in the sidebar and on any shared chats. You can change it at any time from the Settings page. Type your new name and save.
Email Address
Your email is used for sign-in, notifications, and security verifications. To change your email, you will need to verify both your current and new email addresses through OTP codes. See the "Changing Email or Password" article for details.
Password
If you signed up with email, you can change your password from Settings. If you signed up with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, you can add a password to enable email-based login as an alternative.
Chat History
Toggle chat history on or off from Settings. When turned off, new conversations are not saved after you close them. Existing saved conversations remain until you explicitly delete them.
Your account settings are saved immediately when you make changes. There is no separate "save" step for most fields.
