OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy explains the terms for refunds on Torki AI subscription plans, offered by TORKEHUB PRIVATE LIMITED (doing business as Torki AI). By subscribing to our Services, you agree to this policy.

Refunds are limited. Torki AI does not generally provide refunds for subscription fees once a billing period has begun, except in the circumstances described below and where required by law (including the statutory rights of consumers in the EEA and UK described under "Consumers in the EEA and UK"). Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Torki AI offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features and capabilities. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.

  • Billing cycle: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • Payment: Payments are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle through our payment processors, Razorpay and PayPal.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds: Except where required by law, we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Billing errors: You were charged incorrectly, or multiple times, for the same billing period.
  • Technical issues: A significant technical problem prevented you from accessing the Services for an extended period and we were unable to resolve it.
  • Unauthorized charges: Your account was charged without your authorization due to fraud or a security breach.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with features (subject to the statutory rights described below);
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal;
  • Temporary service interruptions or scheduled maintenance;
  • Unused subscription time after voluntary cancellation.

CONSUMERS IN THE EEA AND UK

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days, without giving a reason. By purchasing a subscription and choosing to access the Services immediately, you expressly request that we begin providing the Services during this 14-day period and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the Services have been fully performed. If the Services have not been fully performed, you may withdraw within 14 days and we will refund you, less an amount proportionate to the use you have made up to the point of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited.

REFUND PROCESS

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team as soon as possible, and within 7 days of the charge in question where possible. (This time limit does not restrict your statutory rights or any claim relating to unauthorized or fraudulent charges.)
  • Step 2: Provide your account email, transaction details, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
  • Step 4: If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay or PayPal, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Except where you have statutory rights that cannot be waived, refund decisions are made at our discretion.
