This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on Torki AI subscription plans. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

All sales are final. Torki AI generally does not offer refunds for subscription payments once processed. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Torki AI offers various subscription plans that provide access to premium features and capabilities. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.

  • Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • Payment: Payments are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same subscription period.
  • Technical Issues: If a significant technical issue prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period and we were unable to resolve it.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If your account was charged without your authorization due to fraud or security breach.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with features
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Temporary service interruptions or maintenance
  • Unused subscription time after voluntary cancellation

REFUND PROCESS

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team within 7 days of the charge in question.
  • Step 2: Provide your account email, transaction details, and reason for the refund request.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
  • Step 4: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.
