When am I charged?
You are charged at the start of each billing period — either monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Yearly plans are charged as a single annual payment at a discounted rate.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly billing (or vice versa) at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I downgrade?
When you downgrade, you keep your current plan features until the end of your billing period. After that, your account moves to the lower plan. No refund is issued for the remaining time on the higher plan.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. You keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data, chats, and projects are preserved — you just lose access to premium features.
Do you offer refunds?
Please see our Refund Policy for details. Generally, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of a new subscription.
Can I get a receipt for my employer?
Yes. Download any invoice from Settings → Billing as a PDF. It includes all details typically required for expense reports.
Is there a free trial?
The Lite plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can try it without being charged and cancel before the trial ends if it is not for you.
