Account & Billing
Refunds
Overview
Refunds are limited. Torki does not generally refund subscription fees once a billing period has begun, and does not give partial refunds for unused time. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
When a refund may be considered
- Billing errors — you were charged incorrectly, or more than once for the same billing period.
- Unauthorised charges — a charge you did not authorise, because of fraud or a security breach.
- Outages — a significant technical problem kept you from using Torki for an extended period and could not be resolved.
What is not refunded
- Change of mind, or a feature that did not suit you.
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal.
- Temporary interruptions or scheduled maintenance.
- Unused time after you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep your plan until the end of the period.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, refunded minus a proportionate amount for the use you have made. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
How to ask
1. Contact support
Use the support chat (ask for a human) or email support@torkiai.com, within 7 days of the charge where you can.
2. Include the details
Your account email, the date and amount, the payment ID from your receipt or the invoice number from Settings → Billing, and the reason.
3. Wait for the review
The team reviews every request and replies within 5–7 business days. Decisions are at the team's discretion, except where you have statutory rights. If a refund is approved, it goes back to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
FAQ
I subscribed in the iPhone or Android app.
Apple and Google are the sellers for in-app purchases, so Torki cannot refund them. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google from your Play Store order history.
I was charged twice.
A duplicate charge for the same period is a billing error. Contact support with both payment IDs and the team will review the charge.
