Before You Delete
Deleting your account removes all your data from Torki. Before proceeding, consider:
- Export your data — Download your chat history and any important conversations first. Go to Settings → Data Controls to export your chats as JSON, Markdown, TXT, or PDF.
- Disconnect connectors — While Torki will revoke access automatically, you may want to manually review connected services in your Google or Microsoft account settings.
- Download Canvas projects — Save any code or applications you built in Canvas before deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to the bottom and find Delete Account
- Click Delete Account
- Torki sends an OTP verification code to your email
- Enter the code to confirm deletion
What Happens After Deletion
Account deletion uses a soft delete with a 30-day recovery window. During this period:
- Your account is immediately deactivated and you cannot sign in
- Your data is retained but inaccessible for 30 days
- After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
If you change your mind within the 30-day window, contact support to restore your account. After 30 days, recovery is not possible.
