Usage Credits

Overview

Usage credits are a prepaid balance that keeps the Torki app going when you reach a limit. They are spent only if you switch them on, and they are separate from Torki API credit on Torki Platform.

Packs and prices

• $10 credit — $10 or ₹850
• $25 credit — $25 or ₹2,100
• $50 credit — $47.50 or ₹3,990 (5% off)
• $100 credit — $90 or ₹7,560 (10% off)

The price shown is the full amount charged, and you always get the full face value in credit. Packs are sold in US dollars or Indian rupees and paid through Razorpay.

Get started

1. Open Settings → Usage → Usage credits

Under Buy credits, pick a pack and pay. The balance appears once the payment clears.

2. Switch them on

Turn on Use credits when I reach a limit. Until it is on, limits work as usual and nothing is spent.

3. Set a monthly spend limit

It is $50 a month by default and can be set from $0 to $500 (calendar month, UTC). Once you reach it, credits stop being used until next month.

Good to know

With credits on, a full 5-hour limit (messages, images, Shadow, Forge on paid plans) or a full weekly allowance no longer pauses you: Torki takes the actual cost of each request from your balance. Credits do not unlock features your plan does not include (for example Stellar, Cosmos, Deep Research or Shadow on Free), Free's 5 Forge projects, the Deep Research limit, or the Torki Code daily step limit.

FAQ

I bought credits but I'm still stopped at the limit.

Check that Use credits when I reach a limit is on, your balance is above zero, this month's spend is under your monthly limit, and the limit is one credits can cover.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

There is no self-serve refund. Requests follow the Refund Policy and are reviewed by the team.
