OVERVIEW

Torki AI, operated by TORKEHUB PRIVATE LIMITED, does not tolerate abuse of its platform. This policy outlines the conduct and content that are prohibited when using our Services. By using Torki AI, you agree to abide by this Abuse Policy.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all users. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate action, including suspension or termination of your account.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following are strictly prohibited on Torki AI, whether through your own conduct or through content you generate using the Services:

• Harassment and bullying: harassing, threatening, intimidating, or bullying any individual or group.
• Hate speech: content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Child safety: any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and report it to the relevant authorities.
• Illegal content and activities: generating or attempting to generate content that is illegal, that promotes terrorism, or that facilitates illegal activity.
• Violence and dangerous content: content that incites or facilitates serious physical harm, including instructions for weapons or other means of mass harm.
• Malware and cyberattacks: using Torki to create malware or exploits, or to facilitate attempts to hack, exploit, or compromise the security of any system, including Torki AI or its users.
• Fraud, spam, and deception: using the platform for spam, phishing, scams, fraud, or coordinated disinformation.
• Non-consensual and deceptive media: creating non-consensual intimate imagery, or deceptive deepfakes that impersonate real people.
• Impersonation: falsely representing yourself as another person, organization, or entity.
• Privacy violations: sharing others' personal information without their consent, or using the platform to dox individuals.
• Intellectual property violations: infringing the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Circumventing safeguards: attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent our safety measures, content filters, or usage limits.

ENFORCEMENT

Torki AI reserves the right to take action against any user who violates this Abuse Policy. Actions may include:

• A warning or notification of the violation;
• Temporary suspension of account access;
• Permanent termination of the account;
• Reporting to law enforcement or other authorities where required by law; and
• Legal action to recover damages or prevent further violations.

We may take action at our discretion and, where appropriate, without prior notice.
