Abuse Policy

OVERVIEW

Torki AI does not tolerate abuse of its platform. This policy outlines the types of conduct and content that are prohibited when using our services. By using Torki AI, you agree to abide by this Abuse Policy and our community standards.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all users. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate action, including suspension or termination of your account.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Torki AI:

  • Harassment and Bullying: Using the platform to harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully any individual or group.
  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Illegal Content: Generating or attempting to generate content that is illegal, including but not limited to child exploitation material, content that promotes terrorism, or content that facilitates illegal activities.
  • Spam and Manipulation: Using the platform for spam, phishing, or any form of deceptive practices.
  • Malicious Use: Attempting to exploit, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of Torki AI or its users.
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Using the platform to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Impersonation: Falsely representing yourself as another person, organization, or entity.
  • Privacy Violations: Sharing personal information of others without their consent or using the platform to doxx individuals.

ENFORCEMENT

Torki AI reserves the right to take action against any user who violates this Abuse Policy. Actions may include:

  • Warning or notification of policy violation
  • Temporary suspension of account access
  • Permanent termination of account
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required by law
  • Legal action to recover damages or prevent further violations

We may take action at our sole discretion without prior notice. Decisions regarding enforcement are final.
