Tell her how you’re feeling
Say something like "I’m stressed from work" or "I need help falling asleep." Elli adapts the meditation — shorter and energizing for morning focus, longer and calming for evening wind-down.
Follow the guided session
Elli guides you through breathing exercises, body scans, visualization, or gratitude practices. She pauses naturally for you to follow along and checks in periodically. Sessions can be as short as 3 minutes or as long as 20.
